HOLLYWOOD VINYL DISTRICT
Hollywood’s hospitality district has been reimagined through visionary hotel rebrandings, iconic dining, and the revival of historic landmarks. Tommie Hollywood and Thompson Hollywood were elevated within Marriott’s luxury and lifestyle portfolio, guided by Ten Five Hospitality and leading design partners including Studio Collective, Tara Bernerd & Partners, and Steinberg Hart. Across the street, Dream Hollywood, designed by the Rockwell Group, energizes the neighborhood with TAO, a renowned restaurant and nightclub by Tao Group Hospitality. At the heart of the district, the restored Citizen News Building is home to Mother Wolf, the celebrated Los Angeles restaurant by Chef Evan Funke, completing a cohesive, upscale hospitality and entertainment corridor.

MOTHER WOLF
Mother Wolf, by Chef Evan Funke, occupies a restored portion of the Citizen News building, merging Roman cuisine with historic Art Deco architecture. Mother Wolf has become a major cultural driver in the district, named one of the best new restaurants in the world by Condé Nast Traveler.

TAO Los Angeles is part of Tao Group Hospitality, located near or integrated with Dream Hollywood’s nightlife ecosystem. TAO’s two-level, high‑design dining space supports the district’s upscale F&B scene, which complements Dream Hollywood’s nightlife-driven hospitality profile. Tao Group also manages several venues at Dream Hollywood (Tao, Beauty & Essex, Highlight Room), reinforcing the area’s luxury nightlife redevelopment.
