Since 2005, we have supplied lighting fixtures and controls for leading designers, contractors, and developers across residential, multifamily, commercial, and hospitality projects. Our manufacturer‑ direct, open‑book pricing model provides line‑item cost transparency—reducing overall lighting package costs and eliminating ambiguity. Our team brings experience in electrical contracting, controls integration, and lighting design, allowing us to technically review, validate, and coordinate each specification prior to procurement. We are a Lutron Commercial Integrator, providing controls expertise, system coordination, and commissioning support, with former Lutron personnel on staff. Our project managers provide installation guides and weekly project tracking to align procurement, delivery, and installation sequencing.
