Opened in 2022, Mandarin Oriental Residences, Beverly Hills introduced 54 luxury homes to Wilshire Boulevard, marking the brand’s first residential‑only project on the U.S. West Coast. The elegant mid‑rise development pairs the privacy of a personal residence with Mandarin Oriental’s signature five‑star service. Designed by the renowned studio 1508 London, each residence features refined interiors and private outdoor space. Amenities include a wellness and fitness center with spa treatments, salon, library and lounge, and a rooftop pool with cabanas, bar, and lounge. Celebrated chef Daniel Boulud made his West Coast debut at the property, leading both the ground‑floor restaurant and rooftop lounge, with additional private in‑residence dining. The project was developed through a joint venture between SHVO and Deutsche Finance America, with SHVO also behind Mandarin Oriental Residences at 685 Fifth Avenue in New York
